I was away for business trip for a week but still continue consuming Olivenol. For the past few days, I did not have enough sleep (maybe 5-6 hours) and this had caused my skin condition not so favourable. It becomes more reddish and itchy.
Hi SP, we are slowly discovering that sufficient sleep/rest is mighty helpful to improve condition. You need to make a conscious effort to get sufficient sleep in order to get better.
Yes. I agreed. I tried to sleep before 10pm for the past few years, but occasionally due to urgent work (no choice this time).Flakes will be immediately noticed on next day if not enough sleep. I will normally scrub it off using harder sponge during morning bath. But this normally will lead to minor bleeding.
