Away for 1 week

I was away for business trip for a week but still continue consuming Olivenol. For the past few days, I did not have enough sleep (maybe 5-6 hours) and this had caused my skin condition not so favourable. It becomes more reddish and itchy.

Week 1 (end): Olivenol

This is the end of 1st week of consuming Olivenol. Am into 2nd week. Skin condition remains the same, which i don't so it will heel so fast. However, flakes at both arms and forehead only appeared 2-3 days (it used to appear 1-2 days).

I've been reading other blogs on people with psoriasis. Found one very different thing on myself is "FOOD":

I can't really control my food. As advised by many people, i should avoid meats (esp. pork and chicken as i was told these animals were injected with chemicals), and "yellow noodle". I've tried to avoid these foods.
I can't take fresh vege esp. in the morning. I've to drink coffee every morning "ADDICTED" ...

Anyway, will be going for "dim-sum" for lunch today .... MEAT again !!!

Week 1: Olivenol

Have been start consuming Olivenol for the past four days (with the wrong dosage in the first 3 days). I kinda like the taste of Olivenol. Actually can drink the whole bottle straight away but can't. My skin condition at my both arms stabilise without much flakes for the past few days. However, my back is still remain the same.

On my alternate medication (i.e. homeopathy which i've started b4 consuming Olivenol), i've been stopping since last week. Will be seeing the doctor end of this week. I'm seeing homeopathy for other reason as well i.e. sinus and improving my immune system. It really work since i do not have any sore throat since taking homeopathy medication.

Not so busy with my work for the past 3 days. Tried to avoid meetings to reduce my work pressure, after all the advice from doctors and dermatologist.

Received Olivenol for my treatment yesterday, and i will be starting consuming today. For the past few days, my skin condition has been normal with moderate itchiness especially at my back.

The Beginning ...

This blog is created with the intention to record my psoriasis road to recovery. I came across Olivenol Living through Facebook a month ago. I immediately send in my enquiry and request to participate the 3 months program provided by them.

I had psoriasis for more than 8 years (areas infected include elbow, knee, neck, forehead, most parts of body). It started off with my high fever with high dosage of antibiotics, and conditions worsen subsequently. I've seen dermatologists from few hospitals (SJMC, DSH, Mont Kiara Specialist) and conditions worsen after applying creams. I was told to take steriods but i rejected. Subsequently, tired other medications such as chinese herbs, homeopathy and HEROSE psoria capsule. But condition doesn't get better. Right now, I'm back to homeopathy medication.

... so, i will be updating my diary starting from tomorrow.
